I’m planning to release a new cellopunk album in two weeks! I’m working on audio editing, and I’m releasing videos of the songs every other day or so for the next little bit.
The title of the album is Let This Radicalize You and it will have 13 tracks, including 3 solo cello elegies, 8 new songs composed in the last 2 months, a new version of “I Don’t Know How to Tell You” and “Be The Light” written last spring. I’m also hoping for a bonus track of “The Hope We Need” featuring my wife on bass, but we haven’t recorded it yet.
When I release it on Bandcamp, it will come with footnotes and a reading list of where I found the info as much as possible.
I am also currently planning to do a livestream of some of the music (and any requests?) on Friday, Jan 17. Check with my composer Facebook or Youtube for more information as we get closer!
